Problem
Samsung needed to launch its flagship S25 Series on Amazon in a way that felt premium, differentiated, and consistent across multiple European markets — all while working within Amazon’s strict technical and design limitations. At the same time, Amazon UK had never hosted an Amazon Live campaign, meaning there was no existing blueprint for integrating live-streaming into a full-funnel product launch. The challenge was to introduce this new format without disrupting the purchase journey, while ensuring the experience worked seamlessly across markets, devices, and customer expectations.
Solution
I created a scalable system of custom HTML and CSS components based on Samsung’s global UI, designed in Figma and adapted for Amazon’s environment. These components were flexible enough to localise content for each market while maintaining brand consistency across UK, ES, IT, and DE. Amazon Live was integrated directly into the pre-order pages as a core touchpoint rather than an add-on, allowing customers to discover, engage with, and consider the product in real time. This approach delivered a cohesive full-funnel experience — from awareness through to conversion — and helped establish a new benchmark for Amazon Live launches in the UK.
