Problem
Utility Warehouse’s multi-level marketing model relies heavily on frequent, time-sensitive promotions to support its network of independent distributors. The business needed a scalable digital design approach that could handle a high volume of discounts and cashback offers while remaining clear, compliant, and consistent across web and email. The challenge was to balance speed and flexibility with strong brand consistency and regulatory considerations, ensuring designs could be quickly produced, approved, and handed off to development.
Solution
As Digital Design Lead, I established a streamlined design process using Figma to wireframe, design, and iterate on responsive web pages and email templates. I created flexible, reusable layouts that allowed promotional content to be updated quickly without compromising clarity or brand standards. I worked closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation, enabling Utility Warehouse to respond rapidly to changing promotional requirements across digital channels.
